COVID-19 UPDATE FROM ROYAL MAIL
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery. We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
ROYAL MAIL have reviewed their timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes:
For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*.
Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*

Can I get Same Day Delivery?
We do offer Same Day delivery within a 5 mile radius of our shop (WN7 4PG).
Your order must be placed before 1pm and will be dispatched by a courier and delivered by 7pm the same day.
This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday for delivery on that Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered in the next two working days.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays.
Which are the last order dates to get my parcel before Christmas for European deliveries?
To ensure you get your parcel before Christmas, please place your order by the date that applies to your destination. Please find your county on the list below:

How is my Standard UK delivery sent? Do I need to sign for my order?
Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. If no-one is present at your address then a card will
be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
We are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs
please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
How is my Next Day delivery parcel delivered?
Our UK Next Day Delivery parcels are sent using Royal Mail. To receive Next Day delivery, your order must be placed before 1pm.
If Next Day Delivery is selected on an order after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend, then this order will be processed on the following Monday
and delivered on the Tuesday. Any orders placed after 1pm, will be processed the following day.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.
All Next Day delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery. If no one is present at the address, a card will be left.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee.

Precious is excited to work with you and strives to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded.
For any online purchase, you may return new, non-damaged items sold and fulfilled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund back to your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. In this instance, you can return the item for a refund. Postage costs will only be refunded on damaged items and unfortunately we are unable to do exchanges at this time.
Please note: We recommend that you return items via an insured and traceable method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us.
Please note: if you return an exchanged item for a refund then we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 to cover our extra postage costs.
Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty.

We recommend that you return items via an insured and traceable method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 5 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days of us receiving your product, please contact us on 01942 606 115 for assistance.
How long after my purchase can I return an item?
Please make sure you return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase date.
If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in as new/saleable condition. Items must be returned with all booklets, packaging, guarantees and product tags intact etc.
What if my product is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of your order date. If your product develops a fault within a 30 day period from receipt then you can return it to us and, if we find it to be faulty, we can exchange it for you. If the item you purchased is no longer available we will offer you an exchange for any product to the same value. If, however, the fault is due to excessive wear or accidental damage you will not be eligible for an exchange. Please note we cannot make any concrete promises to exchange an item until we have seen and assessed the item.
Can I get a refund on personalised or engraved jewellery?
Unless faulty, we cannot accept the return of jewellery that has been worn, personalised or adjusted - this includes jewellery that has been personalised using our engraving service. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for providing an accurate and correctly spelled message for us to engrave.
