COVID-19 UPDATE FROM ROYAL MAIL
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery. We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
ROYAL MAIL have reviewed their timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes:
For items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 12.00pm the next working day*.
Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm the next working day*

We deliver worldwide... But unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship to the following countries:
Belarus, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Indonesia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Ukraine.

Can I get Same Day Delivery?
We do offer Same Day delivery within a 5 mile radius of our shop (WN7 4PG).
Your order must be placed before 1pm and will be dispatched by a courier and delivered by 7pm the same day.
This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday for delivery on that Saturday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered in the next two working days.
Deliveries are not available on Sundays.

How is my Standard UK delivery sent? Do I need to sign for my order?
Our UK standard delivered parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service. If no-one is present at your address then a card will
be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office depot.
We are unable to accept responsibility for late or undelivered parcels due to Royal Mail, however in the unlikely event that this occurs
please contact our Customer Service team and we will try our best to resolve any problems.
How is my Next Day delivery parcel delivered?
Our UK Next Day Delivery parcels are sent using DPD Local. To receive Next Day delivery, your order must be placed before 1pm.
If Next Day Delivery is selected on an order after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend, then this order will be processed on the following Monday
and delivered on the Tuesday. Any orders placed after 1pm, will be processed the following day.
Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.
All Next Day delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery. If no one is present at the address, an email and text message will be sent
to you to reschedule this delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are signed for by someone other than the addressee.

For any online purchase, you may return new, non-damaged items sold and fulfilled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund back to your original payment method. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You can cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. In this instance, you can return the item for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of Earrings. Postage costs will only be refunded on damaged items and unfortunately we are unable to do exchanges at this time.
All of our custom manufactured designs are non-refundable as each piece is individually created specifically for you.
